Gallagher's is best identified by its signature meat aging room stocked with the best USDA Prime dry aged beef; a popular restaurant feature since 1964, when Jerome Brody (of then Restaurant Associates fame) purchased the restaurant. What set us apart is our commitment to using the best quality ingredients, dry-aging in-house and cooking on a hickory coal grill.
