From the team behind the cocktail bar Analogue comes Gold Bear, a sports bar in NoMad with a sophisticated touch. Look for signature cocktails like its namesake Gold Bear made with a chartreuse blend infused with sage and honey, fresh lemon juice and Scotch. It is one of two cocktails being offered on tap. And Mr. Dan's Something Delicious featuring grapefruit-infused Aperol, pineapple rum, and orgeat, topped with IPA beer. A menu of shareable plates includes Poutine with duck confit, duck gravy and mozzarella curds; Short Rib Tacos with bulgogi and gochujang-lime crema; and the Gold Burger, a 6oz smash burger with cheese, served on a brioche bun.
