The Space: Located on the 16th story of the Conrad Hotel, this terrace bar offers fabulous views of the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor.  Guests are welcomed on a first serve basis.  Reservations are not accepted. 

Food & Drinks: Loopy Doopy is known for its Prosecco & Ice Pop cocktails made with fruity People's Pops. Flavors include Blueberry Peach, Strawberry Lemongrass and Empire Apple.
