Description:

Portraying the image of a charming contemporary home, Open House is tucked away behind a weathered wood façade. Since opening its doors in 2012, Open House is an inviting space that welcomes the discerning crowd. Inspired by an eclectic mix of music genres, the name Open House transpired. This boîte offers a vintage glam appeal where a mélange of flea market-style décor and bric-à-brac are mixed and matched. Legendary nightlife guru and columnist for Blackbook, Steve Lewis was consulated to design the venue, creating an elegant setting. Fashionably worn antique furnishings intermingle with chic modern accents, creating a luxurious ambiance. Exposed brick walls, gauzy earthy tones and warm lighting fixtures infuse a cozy atmosphere. Bespoke tables add refinement with hints of rustic elements of copper wheat pennies, buffalo nickels and vintage marbles. Curios and drawers filled with mason jars, vintage perfume bottles and other knick knacks add old-school charm. Adorned in unfinished, stained and aged wood, the decor is finished with gilded wallpaper in an ornate design. With innovative interiors, skilled DJs and expert mixologists, Open House provides a perfect backdrop—all in the comfort of a cordial house setting. Welcome home.
