Description:
Wild about Oscar Wilde. This bistro and bar in NoMad is celebrating the legendary Irish playwright and poet with the longest bar in New York City, and a champagne-based wine menu. Craft cocktails like gin slings, cobblers and bee's knees are also being offered. It's located in the former headquarters of NYC's Bureau of Prohibition where the mob reportedly listened in on the federal agents. Oscar Wilde will open daily from 11am to 2am offering lighter fare by day and a playful gastropub menu by night, including a dry-aged half pound bacon cheeseburger. You will also find Oscar Wilde artifacts dating back to the 1800s hand-selected from around the globe.
