The Space: Located in the heart of the Meatpacking District at the trendy Hotel Gansevoort, Plunge offers an escape with panoramic views of Manhattan and the Hudson River. The Mediterranean theme is meant to evoke a mythical desert oasis.

Food and Drinks: Cocktails include the Bolivian Sting with Don Julio tequila, Singani, lemon and spicy honey.  Also on tap, the French Kiss made with  Hangar One vodka, Chambord, pineapple, sparkling wine, and a Mango Lime Rickey. Rooftop bites include Avocado Toast, Steak Satay with chimichurri and a Classic Burger with Russian dressing.
