We spotted these paisley shorts at Scotch & Soda which is bringing the fashions of Amsterdam to Union Square. We're not sure if they're for men or women, but we want a pair. The shop sells clothes for men and women, including blazers & vests, denim, culottes, bomber jackets and knitwear. For Summer, look for silky crocodile tanks, knit bikinis, bathing suits, sandals and straw hats. Prices start in the 40s up to several hundred dollars.
