The Blond at The Howard in SoHo is drawing lots of attention.  Maybe it's the bevy of beauties said to be frequenting the club or the celeb sightings.  The New York Post naming Kate Upton and Jennifer Hudson among those to hit its velvet couches.  A spiral staircase leads you to the jet black bar set against smoked glass mirrors.  Bar snacks like crispy coconut shrimp, deviled eggs and snapper ceviche are offered along with sexy cocktails.  Now you just have to get past the velvet ropes.
