Description:

Step back in time at The Rum House. This charming spot at the Edison Hotel is known for its classic cocktails including the Old Cubano, a cross between a mojito and a Hemmingway daiquiri.  It's made with a splash of champagne, rum, fresh lemon juice and mint over crushed ice.  You will also find the Knickerbocker made with amber rum, fresh raspberries and orange liqueur, and the Tortuga, a combination of dark rum, muddled citrus, fresh ginger and cinnamon.  Add in some live swing or jazz and you really can't beat it.
