The Springs is a sprawling indoor/outdoor space for cocktails inspired by 1950’s Palm Springs. A place where you can kick back, take in some rays and even enjoy a splash from a fountain (and a cocktail). Food, which includes the Springs  Burger, Royal Mac &Cheese, and Eggplant Rollatini Sticks, is purchased from a truck parked outside. Drinks include “slushies”  like the Scooby Snack, a pina colada & Coca Cola float, and cocktails like the Desert Springs made with tequila, Dolin Blanc, cucumber, mint and Thai Chili.
