The team behind Blessings Café in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens are joining forces with Executive Chef/Partner Dave Ralston (formerly of Blue Hill New York and Luksus) and Beverage Director Rob Giles (Erv’s on Beekman) to open Until Tomorrow, a new cocktail bar located in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill-Fort Greene neighborhood.

Until Tomorrow is a casual, neighborhood bar and cocktail destination alike – boasting a dynamic food and beverage program set in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Working in tandem, Giles’ gastronomical approach to cocktail craftsmanship will be a true collaboration with Ralston’s food; often times incorporating similar flavor profiles and ingredients. Guests will be able to enjoy a seasonally rotating selection of specialty cocktails with names like Boogie Nights and Donkey Kong.  

To pair, Ralston will be cooking up a menu of inspired bar bites like Sloppy Joes; Chicken Fajitas; and Buffalo Fried Chicken Thighs, among others. The Altered Beast, a play on “Jungle Juice,” will be a rotating bottled punch special available during weekday happy hour from 4:30PM to 7:00PM. Guest will also be able to enjoy a more succinct happy hour menu featuring classic cocktails and light snacks, including Snyder’s-inspired honey mustard and onion pretzel bites.  In the warmer months, Until Tomorrow will open its spacious backyard area, which seats an additional 30-35 guests.
