New Yorkers have a new place to chill.  The "Minus 5" ice bar has arrived at the the New York Hilton.  The bar is kept at a balmy minus-5 Celsius, or 23 degrees Fahrenheit.  Made from hundreds of bricks of ice, this Vegas-inspired bar also offers vodka cocktails in ice glasses.   The $20 admission price gets you a parka and gloves to keep warm (drinks are extra) or $45 for a faux fur.  VIP packages are also offered.  Now that's pretty cool.
