Look for dishes like Schnitzel made with pork loin, lingonberries and spaetzle; Golabki, green cabbage stuffed with beef and pork; and Pork Knuckle for Two served with whole grain mustard and German-style red cabbage. Other offerings include mussels in a tomato-cilantro broth, and crawfish with taragon drawn butter.
