375° Thrice Cooked Fries on the Lower East Side is paying homage to the humble French fry by cooking them three times so every bite is uniquely crispy, using quality oil, and dusting them with French sea salt. The fries come in two varieties; Classic French and Belgian Thick-Cut. And unlike some competitors, these fries are hand cooked and don't pop out of a machine. They can be ordered "loaded" in flavors like Kimchi, Bahn Mi and Swedish Poutine. Sauces include jalapeño-cilantro mayo, Sriracha and cheddar cheese. They're also very tasty!
