A new fine dining restaurant, 701West, can be found at the Edition Hotel. The menu, by chef John Frasier, is inspired by French, Asian and Latin fare. A charcoal grill serves as the centerpiece for entrees like whole King Crab with bonito butter and an A-5 Wagyu with smashed garlic. The restaurant with towering ceilings, curvy charcoal banquettes and floor-to-ceiling paneling with stunning views of Times Square.
