Florentine sandwich maker All'antico Vinaio has been drawing a crowd to its pop-up shop inside Otto in Greenwich Village. The sandwiches, which range in price from $14 to $15, include La Boss (Prosciutto Toscano, Pecorino Cream, and Truffle Cream) and La Summer (Prosciutto Toscano, Bufalo Mozzarella, Pomodoro, Basil, Oil and Balsamico). Then there is L’Inferno named after Ron Howard who was a regular at their shop in Italy during the filming of the movie "Inferno" (Otto House-made Porchetta, ‘Nduja, Grilled Eggplant and Arugula), La Dante (Caprocolo, Stracchinio, Truffle Cream and Arugula) and La Washington Square Park (Gorgonzola, Truffle Cream, Fried Zucchini Flowers and Pear). All'antico Vinaio starts selling the sandwiches at noon until about 3pm until the run out of bread. But hurry. The pop-pop is scheduled to depart on July 13, 2019.
