Cafe by day, restaurant by night is what you will find at Apollonia in East Williamsburg by restaurateurs Danny Minch and Dylan Todd (Walter Foods, Karasu). The menu by chef Jordan Heissenberger (Vinegar Hill House, Buvette) is focusing on foods from the Mediterranean coast that are meant to be shared. Dozens of carefully selected wines are also offered by the glass, carafe or bottle. During daytime hours the restaurant will serve as a counter service cafe with Counter Culture coffee and pastries from Nick & Sons Bakery.
