Ardyn is making its debut in New York's Greenwich Village. The seasonally-driven New American restaurant is the first venture by Ryan Lory and Adam Bordonaro, both formerly of the Charlie Palmer Group and Fig & Olive. The menufeatures an assortment of shareable plates along with more substantial dishes. Look for things like White Asparagus with Iberico ham, spring onion and pistachio; Scallop Crudo with sugar snap pea, green strawberry and marcona almond; and Cappelletti with short rib, maitake and veal jus. Duck and Dry-Aged Wagyu Ribeye with seasonal sides like Wild Mushrooms and Roasted Carrots rounding out the menu. Dessert brings Cheesecake with strawberry, pistachio andbasil,as well as, Coconut with passion fruit and meringue. A seven-course tasting menu is available for $85 per person with an optional beverage pairing. Signature cocktails, including non-alcoholic beverages, craft beers and wines from smaller vineyards are also highlighted. The space accentuates the menu with jewel green tiles and natural wood elements, as well as a live-edge wooden bar table sourced from Upstate New York thatserves as a gathering place. >>
