Expect the unexpected at Atomix. The restaurant is located in a turn-of-century townhouse on East 30th Street. Look for the tiny sign out front or you might miss it. Enter through a nondescript black door and into a sexy space with full bar and seating for cocktails by experienced mixologists. On a lower level is the chef’s table where Michelin-starred chef Junghyun Park, who also operates Atoboy with his wife, is serving innovative Korean cuisine from a multi-course tasting menu. Walk-ins are welcome at the bar, but if you are planning on dining in a reservation is required.
