After 13 years in Gramercy, BLT Prime is now calling the Upper East Side home. Curvy cognac banquettes, circular smoked mirrors and a vaulted ceiling help set the mood, along with a second-floor mezzanine. Rotating cuts of black angus are offered, including NY Strip, Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, Filet Mignon and more. Also on the menu, Lobster Cobb, Sauteed Dover Sole, Wagyu Reuben and Grilled Lamb Chops. Cocktails bring Samantha Jones (stoli vodka, st. germain elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice and hibiscus berry tea) and Put the Lemon in the Coconut (coconut washed hanger mandarin vodka, pistachio-lavender orgeat, lemon juice, soda). There's also a carefully curated wine list by the bottle or glass. BLT Prime will also be offering brunch, including its popular popovers.
