We serve Authentic Taiwanese Gua Bao (steamed bun sandwiches) using select all-natural meats and organic tofu. Everything is cooked with 90% energy efficient induction cooking methods. If you have peanut allergies, please be aware we have peanuts in our kitchen. Anything else, just ask.


BAOS

CHAIRMAN BAO TM - $4.00 per bao
Braised slow and low using all natural Berkshire Pork Belly. Served with: Crushed peanut, cilantro, Haus Relish, and Taiwanese red sugar

UNCLE JESSE - $3.50 per bao
Fried organic tofu served with crushed peanut, cilantro, haus sauce and Taiwanese red sugar.
    
BIRDHAUS BAO TM - $4.00 per bao
All-natural free range chicken brined overnight and fried to order. Served with: spicy seasoning salt, cilantro, and crushed peanuts.

OYSTER PO BAO - $4.50 per bao
Fresh oyster coated in sweet potato starch and fried.  Served with lemon aioli, pate, pickled radish/carrot, cilantro, jalapeno

YE' FISH BAO - $4.00 per bao
House-made fish cake. Served with lemon aioli, pickled radish/carrot, cilantro, jalapeno

BROCCOLINO BAO - $3.50 per bao
Tempura broccoli served with sha jiang bean paste, shitake mushrooms, minced daikon

ROBIN GIVENS BAO - $3.50 per bao
Confit chicken served with Beijing style sesame sauce.  Served with sichuan peppercorns, chilis, garlic, cumin, cilantro

BREAKFAST BAO - $3.50 per bao
Egg and Chinese red sausage served with scallion, cucumber slivers, haus sauce



COMBOS

STRAIGHT FRUSH TM - $13.00 for any 3 baos, and a free drink (+$1 for Calpico).

ROYAL FRUSH TM - $28.00 for any 6 baos, bao fries, and a free drink (+$1 for Calpico).
