Who doesn't like bacon? At Bar Bacon in Union Square it comes in everything from mixed drinks to sliders and even bacon cannolis. The bar, which caters to a college crowd, is just as lively as the food. Cocktails include the BarBacon Old Fashioned made with bacon infused bourbon, a touch of maple syrup, orange bitters and served with a bacon garnish. It has a smoky flavor and packs a punch. There are bacon and beef meatballs served in a rich onion broth with melted cheese on top. Bacon also finds its way into Macaroni and Cheese, The Boss Hog BLT and a Kentucky Fried Bacon Banh Mi.
