Details:

A taste of Rome can be found at Bar Camillo in Bed-Stuy. An offshoot of sister restaurant, Camillo, guests can expect a mix of food and drinks in a stylish space with full bar, rustic dining area with exposed brick, wood & copper elements, and lots of greenery. From the kitchen comes ancient Roman-pizzas known as pinsas, and pasta dishes like Baked Cacio e Pepe that's finished in an imported Moretti Forni oven. The restaurant is named after Count Camillo Negroni, inventor of the iconic drink, which is well-represented on the cocktail menu along with spritzes, wine on tap, local beers and an extensive selection of amaro, an Italian liqueur. The kitchen is open late, up to 2am on weekends and drinks are kept at a reasonable price. Bar Camillo also boasts a seasonal backyard and intimate downstairs dining area for private gatherings. >>
