Bar á Frites is serving up Belgian-style fries and Belgian beer at its stand inside Le District at Brookfield Place. The fries are cooked up in these two large automated fryers and arrive in a cone-shaped container well-seasoned and crispy. You can eat them with ketchup (which is free) or one of several special sauces. They include truffle aioli, sriracha ketchup and roasted garlic. Specialty frites are also available. The frites come in three sizes, including a party platter for five.
