The gin and tonic bar at Little Spain has been replaced with Bar Manolo specializing in small bites with a nice selection of Spanish wines and beer by the bottle. This is the king of place where yoou can stop by for a bite before dinner. The menu includes small grilled sandwiches, called molletes, filled with things like cured sausage and queso mahon. Fish, fresh and tinned, gets a front row seat including cured anchovies, piquillo peppers stuffed with bonito sausage, and baby sardines confit in olive oil with pan con tomate. Creamy chicken croquettas are also offered along with Iberico pork meatballs and Air Bocata De Jamon, billed as the lightest ham sandwich in the world. San Sebastion “burnt” style goat cheesecake is counted among the desserts.
