Chef Adam Harvey and Ennio Di Nino are the co-owners of Bar Salumi in Gowanus. The restaurant, as the name suggests, is specializing in cured meats and cheeses that can be mixed and matched. There are small plates of Fried Calamari, Eggplant Caponata and Clams Casino. An assortment of pastas are offered along with larger plates, including Walden Hill Porchetta with crispy potato and Beef Braciole with caramelized onions and polenta. A lengthy wine list, with a focus on Italy, is also available.
