Details: David Chang's new Seaport spot Wayo is now open for business at Pier 17. The restaurant with waterfront views is where East meets West. Look for seasonal cocktails, beer and wine with a menu of snacks and other dishes that compliment the beverage program. Drinks include Melon Creamy Soda with simple vodka, midori, yakult and rockey’s milk punch; South Street Sling with sipsmith gin, montelobos mezcal, pineapple, macadamia, pomegranate, cherry, lime and bitters; and Zombie Elvis with a peanut butter-washed rum blend, velvet falernum, domo mix, herbsaint and lime. Non-alcoholic beverages like Tiki Punch and Yuzu Lemonade are also offered. As for snakcs, look for Curry Donuts, Chicken & Curry Balls and Dry-Spiced Wings. Larger plates range from a Grilled Fish Sandwich and Clam Soup to a Chilled Lobster Roll and Minute Steak made with dry-aged bone-in NY strip. There is ample seating inside and out for Momofuku fans. Wayo is mostly intended for walk-ins, but some reservations can made in advance. >> Neighborhood: Seaport District Reservations: Click for reservations Payment: Accepts Credit Cards Latest Cititour News Hello
