Hibachi and aromatic hot wok are what you'll find at this Chinese spot in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. For the hot wok, diners can pick from numerous items set up buffet style, including Wagyu beef, chicken wings, sausage, head-on shrimp and frog legs. The dish arrives in a cast iron pot with vegetables and noodles or a side of sticky rice.  Hot pot soups are also available. Heat levels range from non-spicy to very spicy. We found that even the mild packs a bit of heat. Hibachi dishes prepared in an open kitchen are served with freshly sauteed vegetables and fried rice.  Choices include steak, shrimp, salmon, scallop, chicken and vegetable with a special hibachi sauce. Other menu items range from steamed or fried dumplings to pork buns and four different types of fried rice. The restaurant itself is casual with booth seating and funky wall lighting. Bei Jing Brother is definitely worth a try.
