Black Seed Bagels is branching out with Black Seep Appetizing as part of the expansion of "The Chelsea Local" on the lower level of Chelsea Market. Aside from its signature bagel sandwiches and pizza bagels, Black Seed will also be offering updated takes on classic Jewish appetizing foods. Think premium smoked fish spreads sold by the pound, gourmet cream cheeses, prepared salads and homemade pastries. Stumptown coffee and fresh squeezed juices are also being sold. Opening along with Black Seed Appetizing is La Delicias Patisserie, Pearl River Mart Foods, and Dickson's Farmstead Meats which is relocating to the expanded space. >>
