Details:

Blue Park Kitchen in the Financial District draws its inspiration from the city parks. The environmentally-conscious space includes a composting area, light fixtures made from mushrooms along with images of popular parks and landmarks from across the five boroughs. Signature bowls feature locally-sourced produce from regional farms, small batch food producers and businesses owned by NYC women. Dishes include Blackened Chicken with fennel slaw, Turkey Meatball & Blistered Tomatoes, Steak & Chimichurri, and Salmon with Broccolini. Guests can also create their own bowls. Beverages include canned beer, cider and wine. Blue Park Kitchen was founded by Kelly Fitzpatrick formerly of The Melt Shop.
