Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar has landed at Rockefeller Center. Located on the Concourse Level, the restaurant boasts a 16-seat sushi bar, Donburi rice bowl station and an interesting selection of Japanese food items. We tried several types of sushi and were impressed with the quality and freshness. The chefs also have a deft hand at preparing it. Blue crab, spicy lobster, amberjack and tuna are among the offerings.  Specialty rolls include fried shrimp with radish sprouts and avocado, as well as yellowtail with straw mushrooms, and the "Blue Ribbon," a 1/2 lobster with shiso and black caviar.  Sushi, sashimi plates are available along with a full omakase starting at $70. Friendly service. Catering is available complete with your own private sushi chef.
