You'll find Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery on the third floor of the Time Warner Center. The cafe looks onto Columbus Circle and Central Park offering a breath-taking backdrop. Equally stunning are the chocolate and lemon tarts, eclairs and napoleons you'll find behind the counter. We opted for a chocolate bouchon, a small mushroom-shaped muffin. This decadent dessert with a rich chocolaty center and crisp outer shell is orgasmic (or as close as a dessert can be) and a wonderful interlude from the daily grind! Bouchon Bakery has also extended its hours and is open most nights until 9pm, but call to make sure.
