Cititour Review:

The name may be French, but Brasserie 360 offers a taste of two worlds. Traditional French fare, with a Japanese twist. The restaurant itself is light and airy with tile floors and cafe-style seating giving it a real French feel. Go one flight up and it's a top-notch sushi bar. While it may sound like an odd combo, it works splendidly. Perhaps, because both chefs are surpurb at what they do. The brasserie is operated by Belgian-born Luc Dendievel, formerly of Waterloo. Dishes range from short ribs, to a Maine lobster salad, to braised veal cheeks. And of course, steak with a generous side of frites. Entrees are in the $20 range. On the second floor, you'll find chef Kazuo Yoshida, formerly of Jewel Bako, who has created quite a following in sushi circles, and with good reason. Yoshida serves up some of the freshest sushi in town. The scallops ($4) literally melt in your mouth, yellowtail rolls ($6) offer a jalepeno kick, and the chu toro ($8) is the best I've tasted. All this just steps away from Bloomingdales. Brasserie 360 - a great place to drop in after you shop till you drop.
