Brine Chicken uses a special recipe to brine its chicken for 24 hours before being fire grilled in an effort to keep the chicken moist. The chicken is offered as a quarter thigh with blackened chili and honey-garlic sauce. A spatchcock half chicken is also available, along with a chicken sandwich. Sides include Yukon Gold krinkle cut fries and carrots marinated with brown sugar an lemon. An assortment of salads and sauces are also available.
