UK-based Bubbleology (120-1/2 First Ave., NYC) is launching its Boozy Bubble Tea collections at their New York City location. The classic bubble teas are infused with vodk, gin, bourbon and rum. Flavors include The Blushing Duchess (Jasmine tea, premium Vodka, Triple Sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, pearls of lychee popping Boba, laced with edible shimmer), and The Duke of New York (Tequila and lime infused with mango, served with strawberry Boba, a lime wedge and garnished with a salt rim). The Boozy Bubble Teas are served in house. Must be 21 or older.  

In addition to the alcoholic options, Bubbleolgy NYC serves a vast assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including Cream Crowns (choice of Matcha, Nutella or Strawberry flavor), Milk Teas (choice of Almond, Assam or Caramel Frappe flavor), Fruit Teas (choice of Pomegranate, Passion Fruit & Cucumber or Apple flavor), Coffees (choice of Milk Coffee, Caramel Frappe and Mocha flavor) and Specialty Teas (choice of Electric Yuzu, Pink Teddy and Bobatella flavor).

Bubble Waffles are available for purchase. Guests can customize their own with gelato and toppings or choose from one of the specials, inclusive of Summer Crunch (Vanilla Waffle, Vanilla Gelato, Granola, Banana, Strawberries, Raspberry Sauce), Matcha-do-about Nuttin’ (Vanilla Waffle, Pistachio Gelato, Whipped Cream, Blueberries, Nutella Sauce, Chocolate Chips) and more.
