CICCIO Bar & Alimentari, the beloved Tuscan haven that captured the hearts of Soho for over a decade, is opening a second location, CICCIO Cin Cin (681 Washington St) in the West Village. At the helm of this culinary adventure are Giacomo Romano, a self-taught chef hailing from Florence, and his partner, Sam Leung, whose Chinese heritage from the Pacific Northwest brings a unique perspective to the menu.
