Details: Parisian chic at Cafe Kitsuné in the West Village which is mixing food and fashion. Founders Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, the forces behind Maison Kitsuné, are offering a stylish setting with gourmet bites like Edamame Hummus and Duck Rillettes. There are light and healthy salads and sandwiches including the Funky Banh-Mi. Chef Yuji Tani is also cooking up international plates like Veal Ballotine stuffed with daikon radish and turmeric.
