A fun new drinking destination by husband-and-wife team Vanessa Palazio and Adam Schneider is now open in Bushwick. Chicha Cafetín and Cocktails draws its inspiration from the street foods of Nicaragua and rum-based drinks. Look for bite-sized corn tortillas with cheese called quesillos, Baja-style pork braised in Toña beer and fiery balls of slow-cooked chicken with peppers and olives. A full slate of cocktails with Nicaraguan and Caribbean influences are offered at the stylish bar along with native beers and Bushwick cider.
