Chiko is a Kaiseki counter in Greenpoint paying tribute to fresh fish and seafood. Chef Xiaowei Zheng, formerly of Sushi Dojo, is giving Japanese dishes a modern twist with a seasonal 13-course tasting menu or $138. It includes spot prawn with corn and shiso, bluefin tuna with fennel pollen, and uni, scallop and truffle, called Coney Island. - Thomas Rafael
