The Chubby Princess, a Chinese bistro, prides itself on three things: good, cheap, fast. The restaurant is specializing in Chinese household favorites like Braised Pork Belly, Pig Ear in Chili Oil, Pan-Fried Dumplings, Chive & Shrimp Golden Pockets, Chinese Tacos and at least ten different types of noodle soup. Nothing on the menu tops ten bucks. Beer, wine and cocktails are also offered. Ning (Amelie) Kang, owner of MáLà Project and Chef/owner Yina Huo, of Henan province in China, are the forces behind Chubby Princess, which replaces their counter-service Chinese spot, Tomorrow. >>
