New York City's doughnut craze continues. The latest addition is Cream in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Unlike Dough or Dough Loco which offer puffed up, over-sized yeast doughnuts, the ones at Cream are smaller, denser cake doughnuts that come in flavors like chocolate and vanilla. There are powdered sugar donuts and other combos like bacon chocolate, peanut butter and jelly, s'mores and Tahitian vanilla. The shop also serves French macarons, croissants and specialty coffee drinks.
