1 ½oz Brandy
1 ½ of Crame of Calvados
1oz of Cointreau
Shaken vigorously over ice and strain into a frozen Martini Glass with a
Graham crusted rim

Gin Fizz
2oz Hendrick’s Gin
1oz Lemon Juice or Elder Flower
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice (or Elderflower) and sugar syrup with ice
Strain into a Collins glass with ice rose petals and thin cucumber slices
and top with soda water
