Ragout of - lobster and Florida frog legs over an eggplant puree with a warm parsley and chili pepper vinaigrette. $6 supp - Risotto “Pescatore” finished with olive oil fried rock shrimp and manila clams. - Spaghettini ‘arrabbiata’ with capers, black olives and minced Spanish anchovy in a spicy tomato sauce. - Lasagnette with fresh porcini mushrooms and fava beans in a pepperoncini-roasted corn broth. · Piatti Di Mezzo

- Tuna “Milanese” with an arugula, cucumber and tarragon salad in a light reduction of carrot, apple and blood orange finished with Xeres. - Wild striped bass with a spicy white bean and rosemary stew over currant and pignoli studded escarole, manila clams. - Maine lobster tail over roasted corn and white truffle risotto with a champagne and pancetta sauce. $6 supp - Peppered rib venison chop with a port and balsamic vinegar sauce, toasted hazelnuts and sautéed spinach with fiorelle pear. $9 supp - Slow roasted breast of duck and leg confit with a mustard seed and black olive sauce, Sicilian risotto. - Duo of Colorado lamb: Grilled lamb shops “Scotta Dita” -slowly braised lamb shank- with gratin of potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.

- Chocolate-painted fillo cannollicini, filled with espresso-tinged milk chocolate mascarpone cream. - Rich chocolate tart in a vanilla-flecked crust with thinly sliced caramelized orange peel. - Flourless chocolate cake, cooked to order, with a trio of gelati. $3 supp
