Exciting foods from China can now be found in Midtown at DaDong. China's celebrity chef Dong Zhenxiang is bringing his artistic cuisine, called DaDong YiJing, to a two-story restaurant in The Cube Building at Three Bryant Park. The restaurant features two bars and seating for up to 300 people. While DaDong is famous for its Peking Duck carved tableside, diners will also find dishes like Squid Ink Soup with Tofu Threads and Black Truffle, King Crab with Egg Whites and Shaoxing Rice Wine, Slow Cooked Lobster with Saffron Rice & Balsamic Pearls, Stir Fried Duck Treasures served on a Crispy Potato Nest, and DaDong Cherry Foie Gras. Desserts bring Chocolate Pudding with Candied Cherries and Tangerine Peel Ice Cream. See more
