NYC Restaurants

The Brits have invaded Round K. The popular coffee shop on the Lower East Side is also home to Dame at Round K three nights a week. The English pop-up restauarnt is serving food cooked over a wood-fired grill. Look for things like grilled live scallop with seaweed butter, heritage chicken with truffle and mustard greens, grilled duck offal skewers with spring onions. There's also a watercress, egg & anchovy salad and mushrooms with hollaindaise & hazelnuts. For dessert, try some orange sponge cake with butterscotch and almonds. Visitors will also find a nice selection of low intervention wines.
