Behind the bold red doors at DECIMO Ristobar awaits a modern space designed to capture the attention of millennials. Part wine bar and part restaurant, DECIMO celebrates what it calls a “wino-ssaince” with a stylish destination for dates, groups or maybe a champagne brunch. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine list with more than 150 selections available by the bottle or glass. There are shareable plates of things like Meatballs Pomodoro, Crab Cakes with wild mushroom, and Spinach Bruschetta. Pasta dishes abound, including Linguine & Clams, Shrimp Rigatoni and Truffle Mac & Formaggi. Mains include Steak Frites, Filet Mignon with caramelized onions and Crispy Bronzini with a lemon-caper sauce. Owner Alana Taylor, who took over the business from her father at age 29, is the force behind the new concept aimed at capitalizing on the exploding Hudson Yards crowd. See more
