Cititour Review:

Before it was hip to be in Red Hook there was Defonte's. This family-owned sandwich shop is a Brooklyn institution. Defonte's has been serving up jumbo sized hero sandwiches for generations. They make a great potato and egg hero for breakfast. For Lunch there's fresh ham, sausage and pepper, and roast beef, not to mention any cold cut combination you can think of. Price $4 -$6. Open weekdays, half day on Saturday.
