Details: Doma Food & Drinks in then East Village lives up to its name with Korean bites and cocktails. Diners will find a mix of small and large plates. Korean Ceviche is made with fresh prawns, squid and conch in a Korean mustard vinaigrette. Army Stew comes with sausages, spam and mini pork dumplings. Korean Fried Chicken - KFC - is sweet and spicy served with fried sweet potatoes. There's grilled octopus with grits and bite-size Korean seafood pancakes. On the cocktail side, look for Blackberry on Snow, a glacial drink with soft ice and muddled berries, Jinro 24 and Junmai Ginjo Sake; and the Appletini with Jinro 24, apple juice, lime juice and maple syrup.
