Peruvian-style chicken is fabulous when done right. And Don Mario's is hoping to achieve that glory. This small restaurant is packing plenty of flavor into its rotisserie chicken priced at $9.75 for a whole and six dollars for a half. A variety of sides are also being offered, including rice and beans, fried yucca and tostones. The restaurant is also serving other Peruvian classics like Lomito Saltado made with grilled skirt steak over french fries, Civiche de Camaron made with shimps and fried chicken "chicharron" style.
