NYC Restaurants

This is third location of East Wind Snack Shop serving house-made dumplings daily. Look for juicy pan-fried pork dumplings, dry-aged beef potstickers and crystal shrimp dumplings with lattice crust. The restaurant is also known for its pork belly buns and is now serving hand-pulled "Dragon's Beard" cotton candy for dessert at its Carroll Gardens location.
